- Frasier re-signs with Bebe. ·
- Niles files for divorce when he finds out Maris is having an affair with Dr. Schenkman, their marriage counselor. ·
- Lilith's husband leaves her (for a man), and she comes to Seattle hoping to seduce Frasier. Instead, she ends up sleeping with Niles. ·
- Frasier and Roz are nominated for a SeaBea. ·
- Niles and Daphne have a mock "first date." ·
- Roz gives birth to her daughter, Alice May Doyle. ·
- Finale: Frasier impetuously makes a stand against the new station policy of on-air talent reading advertisements, leading to his being fired. When Kenny Daly, the new station manager, protests to the station owner, he is also fired. When Frasier protests to the station owner, the owner decides to switch KACL's format from talk to all-salsa radio, causing the firing of all the on-air talent.
