- The station is sold to a new owner, whose airhead daughter, Poppy, becomes the terror of the station.
- Bulldog is reduced to delivering pizzas. While working as a babysitter for Roz, he confesses that he is in love with her. She lets him down easy. ·
- Martin purchases a Winnebago, which he dubs "RDWRER" (Road Warrior). ·
- Frasier becomes interested in Regan, his next-door neighbor, while Niles becomes interested in Poppy. But they become confused, each thinking the other is after their own paramour, and they unwittingly sabotage both relationships. ·
- Niles starts dating Mel (Melinda) Karnofsky, Maris's plastic surgeon. ·
- During a massage for his bad back, doped up on painkillers, Frasier blurts out the truth to Daphne about Niles's feelings for her. ·
- Frasier feuds with his upstairs neighbor, Cam Winston, over Cam's insistence on parking his Humvee next to Frasier's BMW. ·
- Frasier has a fling with Lorna Lenley, the former prom queen at his high school. ·
- During Roz's vacation, Frasier hires Mary Thomas, a black woman, as his producer. Her energetic involvement leads to her getting her own show with a rival network. ·
- Frasier and Roz nearly sleep together, while sharing a hotel room at a convention. ·
- Finale: Daphne realizes she may have feelings for Niles, but he elopes with Mel before she has a chance to tell him. On the night before her wedding to Donny, Frasier maneuvers Niles and her into the same room, and they confess their love for each other. On the morning before the ceremony, they flee together in Martin's Winnebago.
