  • Martin takes a job as a security guard. · 
  • Roz starts dating Roger, a garbage man. · 
  • Frasier accidentally destroys Martin's beloved armchair, but buys him a spitting-image replacement. · 
  • Frasier and Roz celebrate their 2000th show. · 
  • Bulldog is hired back to KACL, but as an archivist. · 
  • On Frasier's recommendation, Kirby is hired as an intern at the radio station. · 
  • Frasier fires Bebe when she signs a rival radio host as a client. · 
  • Daphne's father abandons her mother, Gertrude, and she comes to Seattle to move in with Niles. · 
  • Frasier's feud with Cam Winston escalates when Frasier successfully argues a motion to force Cam to park his Hummer in the subbasement; Cam retaliates by draping a huge American flag from his balcony that covers Frasier's windows; Frasier has no choice but to give up his own parking spot. (This season aired in the immediate wake of the Sept. 11th tragedy) · 
  • Niles and Daphne get engaged. · 
  • Frasier and Cam are forced to become friends when Cam's mother, Cora, starts dating Martin. · 
  • Traveling to Boston for a convention, Frasier is reunited with Cliff Clavin, Norm Peterson, and Carla Tortelli from Cheers (one of several "reunion" shows devised by NBC to commemorate its 75-year anniversary). · Roger and Roz break up. · 
  • Frasier's show is syndicated in Spokane. · 
  • After commiserating with each other about their loneliness, Frasier and Roz sleep together. They manage to put the awkwardness behind them and remain best friends. · 
  • Finale: Niles travels to England to try to convince Daphne's father, Harry, to come back to Seattle and reunite with Gertrude. Though this fails, Harry tells Daphne that Niles is the one for her.
